Registration fee covers two days of technical program, conference bag, social tour, lunch and dinner on the first day , tea/coffee breaks and certificate of presentation for onsite participants. Certificate of participation will be sent to online participants as PDF. Participation fees cover the presentation of the first paper at the symposium. For the presentation of a second paper, an additional fee of 50% will be charged. There is no charge for listeners.

For participants who need to apply visa, please request an invitation letter for visa application upon acceptance of your submission at info@icadet.org. You are required to complete your registration before requesting the visa letter.
