The registration fee covers two days of the technical program, conference bag, social tour, lunch and dinner on the first day, coffee breaks, and a certificate of presentation for onsite participants. Certificates of participation will be sent as a PDF to online participants. The registration fee includes the presentation of one paper. For each additional paper, an extra fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged. There is no registration fee for listeners.

Participants who require a visa may request an invitation letter after their submission has been accepted. Please send your request to: icadet2026@bayburt.edu.tr. Please note that registration must be completed before requesting the visa letter.

When making the payment, please include your full name and submission ID in the payment description.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
